Location was good, the breakfast was great. Mauro in the breakfast area was very nice.
The parking was in a garage. One side of the ramp should have had the cones on it. It didn’t have the cones on it I took the ramp the car got stuck. The manager helped me take it out. But it took 1 hour and half to get it out.
We loved the location. The hotel nicely blends old and new design. The staff were very helpful.
Our room was so hot and stuffy, even with the heat off, that we couldn’t sleep. We tried opening the window, but there were people in the streets until 5am making too much noise.

Centrally located, clean and helpful staff.
The air conditioning in the rooms were not operating. Apparently air conditioning is only available during the summer months. We were in the 3rd floor and it would get very hot during the day.
The room was very nice. Loved having a breakfast. Location was easy access to the city.
The adjacent parking garage was terrible. We scraped the side of our rental car trying to pull out of the garage. This garage experience was a big negative for us.
Proximity to great food and lively atmosphere.
