The room is quite big, the beds are comfortable. We had a great view on the city and sea (cost a little extra). The breakfast was extra but it was really big, a lot of choice of food and it was delicious.
The furniture is a bit old and very used. Maybe needs little refreshment. Swimming pool was not for free, it was not mentioned on the description so we were a little disappointed, as it was one of the points to choose this hotel.
Accessible to all the places of interest, spacious room with 2 double beds, parking is easy within the building and 7-11 is just downstairs. Room is kept clean everyday. Surrounding area has easy access to coffee joints, bakery, emart and foodie joints.
Everything was perfect. Breakfast was really tasty (plenty of traditional Korean food which we loved). The staff were really friendly and helpful (especially at the breakfast venue), despite they didn’t speak English all went perfect with a little help of Google translate.

Have to request housekeeping even though we were told every two day stay the room will be cleaned. No teaspoon provided and the coffee smelt nice but was totally bland!

The room is large, had a balcony and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The amenities provided were sufficient. They also had a drinking water dispenser on the floor.
The reception staff didn't understand English and wasn't really ready to help. Also, I don't see the point of staying in Seogwipo as it's not well connected to the rest of the island. I would recommend staying in Jeju City itself for better connectivity.
Highly recommended. Everything meet expectations. If we come back to jeju, will definitely stay with JS seogwipo again.
The hotel is a short walk to the bus stations (5-15mins). The front desk staff are amazingly helpful (esp the night shift young man during our stay), and the buffet breakfast is excellent! The staff at the breakfast restaurant are nothing short of exceptional. There's a couple of 7-11s in the building.
