Everything was perfect! The view is exceptional, the service, the rooms and … the food wow!
The property Is beautifully located on the shores of Bodensee. It was also very quiet. Much thought has gone into the actual buildings and fit outs, very modern by German standards. The finishes are excellent and everything works very well. The toiletries were lovely, and the bedding very good. All top end quality.
The visitor gets the impression that it is ‚Konzept over Gast‘. 1. the down lighting is quite elegant but doesn’t really serve its purpose. The bedside lights are more for mood than reading. 2. it is impossible to put on make up in the bathroom —too gloomy. 3. there is no light over the little desk. 4. The spa doesn’t have a steam room. Maybe something to think about in future developments in the garden. Maybe build a sauna by the lake and convert one of the existing saunas in to a steam room.
The room, the view, and the very calming and relaxing lakeside flora and fauna.
Partly unprofessionell and unfriendly staff, unfair parking fees, unadjustable loud ventilation in the rooms, and too many other minor things that were not perfect but should be at this price.
Location was perfect right at the Lake. Rooms big and comfortable, bed very comfy, nice balcony. Parking in the garage easy to access.

We really enjoyed our stay with at the hotel. It took us a bit to get into the grove of how things worked, but after that, it was great. My husband and friend used the workout room that was offered, so that was nice. Our room was also large enough for me to do yoga comfortably. We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first evening and that was a very interesting experience. The food was delicious....
Nothing big... just little things... At the dinner in their restaurant, my husband and my friend wanted to both order the 5 dish surprise meal. The instructions at the beginning of the menu tells you that each person should order 3-4 dishes, so they believed it would be a great option.
