Very nice swimming pool, and close to a big shopping center.
Nowhere to dry swimming suits, it is a major problem if you stay for a few nights and use the swimming pool. Very crowded restaurant for the breakfast, and if you don't come early limited food choices.
What I liked about Seda Manila Bay was how it was connected to the Ayala Mall. I was able to decide if I wanted to dine in at the hotel or dine out at the various restaurants they have available in the mall. There were so many options to choice from. The place was just beautiful and would definitely return again in my future travels.
I would suggest keeping the pool open longer for adults. I would understand the pool closed at 8:00 p.m. if it was used for minors without supervision.
Breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of dishes, drinks and fruits. Staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating. Location was also great as it is adjacent to the mall with easy access.
The pillows are a bit too soft for me even with two pillows. Maybe use orthopedic or memory type pillows for a more comfortable sleep.
breakfast was unimpressive with dishes and drinks not replenished.
The food is very ordinary and would recommend eating out in the mall next door.
clean, location, value for money
I like the kids play room and swiming pool..
Its too far to the fast food and convenience store..
Very close to the mall, location, amenities

Brand new hotel. Very clean and spacious. Looks and feels luxurious. There are a lot of amenities.
The property is connected to a big mall, so you have everything you need just available including a lot of food options. If you like gambling there are some casinos in the close neighborhood. Staff was friendly, bed was good. Close to the airport.
The area is a bit remote, when the mall closes there is nothing to do. Sitcom was very loud
