Pros (+) Liked the location of the hotel with its surrouding shops and options to eat out. In addition the small roof top pool and gym where also very enjoyable.

The buffet breakfast, while offering a decent variety, was often half empty by the time we arrived, making it less appealing and somewhat disappointing. Pros (+) Ricardo from breakfast was excellent. He carried the whole restaurant experience to a different level where other staff couldn't. Although breakfast selection and quality is not as good as Seda Makati. Location was excellent. View from breakfast was nice. Bed was big and comfortable.
Cons (-) Cleaning staff untrained and didn't refill empty toiletries even before we checked in and till the next day. Was already inside the pouring shower when I realised toiletries were still empty and had to wait half an hour to get them up. Didn't clean shower area on our second day as well.

Pros (+) I’ve stayed in this property for multiple times and I liked the location and convenience of it.
Cons (-) I did laundry expecting that their appliances would work great but it didnt. I ended up with an undried luggage full of clothes and had to bring that all the way to palawan with me wet and was never compensated for it. I had asked for the staff if they could even just dry it in their own facility, the housekeeping took it but was never able to dry it. Almost missed our flight because housekeeping ...
