Food is okay, lacks salt and the salt dispenser are not really dispensing salt, which really makes or break the food there, but overall it was okay (when you add salt!) The room was really nice, the view was amazing and staff was friendly, pool at this time of year was a bit cold tho. Very relaxing
The lack of salt in the food and lack of salt dispensers! Also the water in Bulgaria (not hotel specific) were terrible! And I'm talking about the bottled water, they taste ashy and it wasn't very pleasant
The food was great and plenty variety.

the facility is new, the interior "not worn out". impressive size of the pools. sufficient number of sun loungers. all staff (all sections) well prepared for work. good selection of food (all meals).
We ordered a room with one large bed. We received two small ones pushed together. But, it's not the same; )
I liked the beach and the shallow water.
The accommodation was not great. We had a room not very clean, the door did not close properly, and even after the maintenance team ' fixed it''. It did not close properly. I informed the receptionist about the issues, and I asked to change the room. They asked for more money, and I did not want to pay more. The hotel was extraordinary beautiful, no kids, and very good to relax. The hotel restaurant is more than great. My coworker who had the other room is also amazed by the renovation which was done after you bought it from Riu .
Well I wanted to bring my dog, but even do she is trained and quiet, and will stay in the room whole day and just a walk outside at night and in the morning, i wasn't allow as she is a Akita Inu which is around 28-30 kg.
staff friendliness and amazing massage
It was exactly as shown in the photos. We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only hotel. The entire property was clean, and the food was delicious, with plenty of options. It was great to see the food cooked in front of you. The hotel has a main restaurant and two others that you can reserve for dinner. While there is a parking fee, the parking is secure. Location & building
AC not working well! Impossible to be in the building, some of the Restorants as well sleep well in the room. Not sure why this location has 5 stars!!
Location, the facility itself
The AC is simply not working. They have cooling system that can't go below 23/24C. It was uncomfortable hot in the room the entire time. Technician came to look and explained to us nothing else can be done.
