Overall not too bad, just the staff are not sell organized, they forget their obligations and some of them are really rude.
Rude and forgetful Staff, not enough entertainment (only boring and low quality night show), Drink quality is terrible (all bars), pool waters and swim out pools are too hot for a hot weather area and not refreshing when you want to swim. No ocean view rooms, the one they offer are not really ocean view. They is a long distance from the room to the ocean and cant really see any ocean.
I had a lovely stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I especially want to recognize the receptionists, bag concierges, maids, servers, and chefs, all of whom contributed to an exceptional experience. Thank you for your outstanding service – it truly made my stay memorable...

The beach is far from what you expect from the Caribbean due to the location , uvero alto is not good for beach , you are not going to enjoy even to step on the sand and the beach of this area and this hotel Uvero alto is far from everything.
Exceptional service. Immense and immaculate grounds. Rooms are state of the art and nicely appointed. Room was a bit humid for me. Could not figure how to keep the ac below 21c
Pools are large and a distance to get to. Main pool was always filled with towels on chairs and even though signs state you can’t do that.
The hotel staff was superb. They solved any request in the best way, whether it was minor or major. The room and facilities were always spot-clean.
