Very good service, the host is friendly and efficient, very responsive to our questions. Breakfast is freshly made to order, with western and Chinese styles to choose from. The free pickup from the train station was easily arranged. Upon arrival to the hotel we were offered a free laundry service as well. A beautiful location and great restaurants within walking distance.
The shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and arranged the tour for us. I was very satisfied. Guilin is a very beautiful place and the hotel is also a very beautiful place.
This was a charming family run (I think?) in on a quiet little island off the main road in Northern Guilin. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners made a great breakfast for everyone - choice of “Western” or “Chinese”. Not that I “didn’t like” or expected, but the rooms themselves aren’t luxury or brand new, but are certainly very clean, have everything you need and have lovely touches like a Chinese tea service ready for you in a window seat.Read more

Everything is great! The place is very well managed. I and my two college student childen loved our two-day stay. The interior design and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The host is very friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He gave us many travel tips. We loved riding the scooters in the neighborhood. sincerely recommend it.
The hotel staff are helpful, enthusiastic and meticulous. The hotel's service of picking up from the train station to the hotel is excellent. The private tour guide Qin is very professional, which gave us a very good travel experience!

Everything has been perfect. Kindness of the staff, location, services (we bought both a private tour and a massage + we spent an entire day going around in Guilin thanks to the electric scooters made available for free by the hotel)…everything!

Everything was great the host is so organised and helpful. Very welcoming, the breakfast was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. The view was nice and the place is very calm. Again thank you for the warm welcome and for your help booking the tour and everything.
