Pros (+) Everything has been perfect. Kindness of the staff, location, services (we bought both a private tour and a massage + we spent an entire day going around in Guilin thanks to the electric scooters made available for free by the hotel)…everything!

Pros (+) Everything was great the host is so organised and helpful. Very welcoming, the breakfast was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. The view was nice and the place is very calm. Again thank you for the warm welcome and for your help booking the tour and everything.

Pros (+) The hotel's service of picking up guests from the train station is excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The free electric bike rental is the best choice. There is also free laundry service. The tour guide Qin arranged by the hotel is very professional. I will recommend it to my friends.

Pros (+) lovely place - great location and Xiao Ming, the manager was amazing. We booked 2 day trips through him and had a lovely guide. The service was really personal and welcoming and the place is great value.

Pros (+) Staff was extremely attentive. The place was clean and charming with nice views to nearby mountains. We were able to use electric scooters from hotel. The village had several restaurants, a couple street food vendors and a couple small shops. Nearby hiking trail over the mountain was also a nice one.
Cons (-) Small mosquitos caused a bit itching to one of our group apparently due allergy. There were mosquito repellant available though, if we had just remembered to use it.

Pros (+) This trip exceeded my expectations, it's fantastic! Xiaoming upgraded our room and arranged Longji terrace tour for us Private tours are slightly more expensive, but very convenient, and the tour guide is also very good, providing a great experience!
