Great location.
Difficult to find entrance and parking entrance
This was our first trip to Boston and we couldn't have been happier with the location (everywhere we wanted to go was walkable) and the hotel, bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Loved being right near the water. Everything seemed pretty new. Lots of Memorial Day events being prepared for. Plenty to do nearby. Walked from the hotel to the Boston Commons and then walked the Freedom Trail...

Weekend buffet and menu breakfast were both excellent. Evening meal was of the same standard. Nice clean and safe neighbourhood. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, friendly, cheerful and happy to help or give advice.
Sofa in suit was a little grubby. Bill has odd wording, transient WiFi = room with WiFi.

Staff were great from check-in to check-out, Aaron on the front desk was fabulous, to be greeted by such a upbeat and enthusiastic member of staff was a lovely way to start our stay, he is a definite asset. Wish we had stayed longer but would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Boston.
Gorgeous location, easy to get to from the airport. Check in was quick and efficient and room was lovely and clean. If you go to the hotel go to the Wellness Centre as Joe who works there is the greatest, he made us all feel so welcome and recommended the steam room which I wouldn't have known about otherwise, he wasn't wrong.. it was bliss! We went down for breakfast and while I was waiting for my husband and child to get their breakfast from the buffet, I felt something hit my foot. The lady in the next table informed me it was a small mouse. The hotel never charged us for the breakfast eaten by my husband and son. The hotel was spotless so I appreciate this may have just been an unfortunate one off.Read more
Springtime in Boston is always a gamble, but when the beautiful weather does show up....the view of the Seaport was amazing from our room, especially from the 18th floor! The room was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfy, and I love the additional touch of the decorative pillow because it provided great support when resting and watching television. Still...Read more

Location , it’s not to far from Downtown, but is complex
Great location convenient to shopping, restaurants and sights. Very clean and well appointed with a very attentive and knowledgeable staff!
Expensive but expected for the quality of the stay.
