Great views and location right on the sea front
Loved the breathtaking view, Amazing beach and the room size is pretty good, The bed Is really comfortable and love the balcony, The lobby is beautiful, The lounge is a great place to relax and have tea while listening to piano.
Upon arriving to the hotel I've experienced some difficulties in finding the reception, I walked around for about 5 minutes looking for it, Since there was no one avaliable at concierge desk, Once I found the reception there was only 1 staff member. Every aspects of this hotel exceeds my expectation. It was dreamy stay at the facility with the world class facilities and view. The snowy weather adds more dramatic atmosphere to the warm swimming pool and hot jacuzzi in the morning. The sauna with out door tub and snowy beach view was fantastic.
It has achieved so many things already as premier hotel at the location and the city.

Restaurant should be enhanced its quality and it needs more menu They should have more options for the restaurants The staffs are generally good but need to be more professional and kind fitting to the quality of facility and customer’s expectation

Hotel seems to be grossly understaffed. Expect a long line for check-in. Called the front desk to ask for an extra pair of slippers, and no one answered until my friend and I called the third time. Because of a mosquito problem (there were too many on the ceiling, it would have been unsafe to use a bug spray and then sleep in the same room), a staff member offered to change our room.
