The food was great. The variety and taste of the cookies were so impressive that we ended up eating more than enough every single day. The price-to-quality ratio was very good. We had a great holiday here.
Since our room faced the street, it was quite noisy. The pillows weren't very comfortable or soft, and the fruit selection could have been better. Also, the gym could use more modern equipment. But these were just minor issues—everything else was fine or great.

Just Internet is bad. We were on the 6th floor.
Very clean. Very friendly staff. Excellent room conditions, water bottles were changed every day, the bed was made. Varied and fresh food
Good value for what we paid.
Hotel switched off aircon on last day. Room became hot and sticky. I asked reception and was told they thought the weather had become cold so switched it off for economy. They could of offered a fan, as it made a bad difference to my overhaul experience.

It was very clean, we love the animation team, the staff was very friendly and nice, they gave us a birthday cake, the food was very good, hotel is beautiful, beach is near, the location is amazing.
I really find that everybody helpfull and smile all the time we stay especially HALLA GUSET RELATION SHE is follow up any observations we ask even others they are very impressed with heir actives she deserve5 stars like the hotel she works with Wish all of u more and more of progress and prosperity
