There is just no place on Earth like Sea Ranch …..
There is nothing about the property I didn’t like and I will be back.
Very nice property, recently renovated, complementary coffee and wine, beautiful scenery
The restaurant can do better, a bit pricy overall
The property location just amazing! The cliff, the water, the simplicity of the architecture, the scenery and then the trail for the nature around it. I would definitely come back if I want to be still, reconnecting with nature and have a good quiet time. Food and service are great too!
I think it’s a bit overpriced to be honest, but perhaps because we stay close to thanksgiving week and it’s during peak season.
Didn’t have
Everything was lovely but so expensive
It is one of the most amazing places in the USA. Don’t forget to visit the building next to it.
The view is amazing. Rooms are nice and cozy. Food is good! Very relaxing hotel
Great Location on the Sonoma coast cliffs and secluded with privacy for families. The coffee bar cafe was excellent for Breakfast and you could just chill for hours in your thoughts. Rooms were comfy, quiet, and the views were amazing. Trails on the cliffs and bluffs were amazing and there was a beach about 1/4 down the trail with stairs to get down which was amazing. Great place and vibe all arou...
Most of everything was great, however I did wish the dinner menu in the main restaurant had more options and more vegan and vegetarian selections as salads was one of the only options. Just fyi, the stairs to our loft in our Deluxe room (Extra loft room option) were a special half-step design which was tricky to go up and down especially in the middle of the night and was extremely inconvenient.Read more
Spectacular setting, contemporary, yet comfortable. Staff was exceptional.
A longer stay.
Wonderfully unique location and puristically designed common area, great use of wooden materials, nice wooden fireplace in the room.
Unable to accommodate use of the recreational (spa) facilities without purchasing additional passes, but not from the hotel, but from the home owners association a few miles away during their opening hours. Power went out multiple times during the night, which in and of itself would not have been the issue (storms plagued the area), but their emergency lighting kicked into place every time the pow...Read more
Truly a one of a kind hotel in a beautiful setting. The entire place has a wonderful "zen" feeling to it. The rooms are exceptionally well designed and extremely cozy. A number of EV charges (ChargePoint) available -- Be aware of hefty idle fees ($10/h).
I agree with other guests here that the Lodge is lacking a hot tub or similar SPA amenities.
