Pros (+) Wow what's not to like. From the moment you drive in front of this stunning building to the greeting from all the staff you are made to feel special. A welcome drink of the terrace overlooking the Moselle river. Fine dining in the evening (the meal was superb) and an excellent breakfast.
Cons (-) As we'd booked half board we felt the choice given for those not A La Carte were a bit lacking

Cons (-) The staff didn't do one step more for their customers. I was carrying heavy suitcases and they didn't even open a door although they were with 4 people in the front desk, chatting because there were no clients. Dinner wasn't that good.
