In total it’s the best hotel on the Baltic Russian coast (among the 5* and 4* ones who pretend on being the top). Not big. Very good staff who seems is carrying on creating the old fashioned atmosphere so well fitted with the exterior, interior and history of the building, especially in the restaurant. The quality of tap water (which is regional problem in general) needs to be improved. Little accidents with the daily room-cleaning schedule. Some good facilities in the room needed little maintenance (was done quickly after the request). Doors sound-protection might be stronger (but with polite neighbours it’s fine). - Cold swimming pool or the premises outside to be exact - most of tables were labeled "reserved" at breakfast (why?) - something wrong with the TV remote control
Perfect location, clean and large territory
No balcony, general feeling that it needs renovation (leaking air-conditioner, obsolete bathroom equipment)
exceptional rooms in the old building, we got the one with balcony and enormous bathroom with window - enjoyed it a lot!
The building was nice with some historical features.
Cold water in the pool. COLD. Small spa area, the room needed renovation. Not a five star hotel at all. Overpriced. Poor breakfast. It looks 4 star hotel and should be much more cheaper.

not a five star hotel as it a Shloss in Europe . Not that perfect . no cofee machine in the room , lobby is not cozy , spa and gym is very small. poor tap water in bathroom ( smth happened with the pipe in the city )
