Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Lovely, spacious modern room to a high standard of decor and cleanliness. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel overlooks a lovely green park with restaurants, bars and tram close by. Highly recommend.

Very little room by the side of the bed due to positioning of large radiator. Shame this as bed was super comfortable.

The location is perfect, it is a clean hotel. Stuff is very cheerful. It is a little bit expensive however all the city is expensive by the way. Breakfast is rewarding.
Firstly , the property is in top condition and very centrally located. All the ‘things to do’ are all walking distance away. Secondly, the staff is very helpful. Lastly , they have a great breakfast.

Charged 20 euros for late check out - many hotels don’t charge so it’s always nice when they don’t. Check in staff quite unpleasant everyone else was lovely though.

Temperature control resetting automatically, so coming back in the evening was into a freezing cave :) Also no slippers available, only for 5 euros a pair. Quite awkward for a 4* hotel in Helsinki...same for renting umbrellas.

I loved that all possible accommodations were available, that the bathroom tiles were heated and pleasant to walk on, the AC worked perfectly, we had a very pleasant sleep during our stay.
We only wished that the television had some Finnish channels or YouTube available for us to watch during our rest, after scouting for the most beautiful sights the city had to offer in this short span of time.
