Location was Great.
There was only one little hanger in the room to hang your towels, so when we tried to hang them around the room to dry, they falled to the ground and the personnel were changing them everyday which were not aligned with the intension to stay sustainable (as they were advertising)..
Beautiful art hotel in a cool neighborhood. Suites are very comfortable. A bit far from the main sights in the city but I appreciated learning a different area. Felt safe and lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby.
Real quirky decor - very cool Love the fact you also have the option to either have a full breakfast for €25 or pay for individual item - great for those who only want a small amount at breakfast Staff very attentive Lovely attention to deal with slippers waiting by your bedside

The staff are soooo amazing and helpful. We had passport issues and they brushed to our aid. The property is fantastic, clean, modern, comfortable and in a very hip stretch of Via Savona. Subway access is close and super efficient. This place is a gift. So happy to have found it.

Spacious deluxe room. Location. Cleanliness. Wisteria-lined walkways. Staff. Cafe looked cosy but we didn’t have breakfast.
-No luggage racks or suitable provision for suitcases - just floor space. -Open windows allowed mosquitoes in but air conditioning was noisy, as could be the courtyard.
The location is brilliant and close to some good restaurants. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and love the housekeeping.
Air conditioning temperature is set at 23 celsius which is supposed to be fine. However, it does not feel to be 23 celsius. Woke up at night feeling warm. Cannot reduce the temperature to below 23 celsius.
The suite was fantastic, nice to have a sitting area separate from the sleeping area. The courtyard was beautiful, but too cool for us to enjoy. The Petite cafe was a nice spot in the evening to have a snack and beverage.
Some of the staff were not particularly great. We had a lovely time with exceptional service in the evening at the Petite cafe, but the next morning this was not the case.
Rooms are okay, not as cosy as you might expect from a boutique hotel
