Pros (+) Super comfortable, staff were accommodating, helpful and kind. Very clean. Breakfasts were great.

Pros (+) Excellent staff, rooms, location , great service. Rooms really clean, great air conditioning and very cold fridge in room which normally you don’t get that cold in hotels .

Pros (+) The hotel boasts a fantastic location (if you prefer a quite stay) with breathtaking views. The service is exceptionally attentive and flawless, truly living up to the standards of a 5-star experience. Naya is amazing, get everything we need. The car service by hotel is extremely convenient and cost less then taxi - we use the service to go to other towns and never need to share with anyone.

Pros (+) My partner and I were lucky enough to get the honeymoon villa and it was absolutely incredible. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help us celebrate our honeymoon. The villa is stunning, with an astonishing view of the Caldera - the sunset was absolutely magical.
