The hotel boasts a fantastic location (if you prefer a quite stay) with breathtaking views. The service is exceptionally attentive and flawless, truly living up to the standards of a 5-star experience. Naya is amazing, get everything we need. The car service by hotel is extremely convenient and cost less then taxi - we use the service to go to other towns and never need to share with anyone.
End of season, we were a bit annoying, they were great, if I could I’d give them 10+! Look around, breathe. Try their restaurant too! You’ll thank me later. ;) Ευχαριστώ!
My partner and I were lucky enough to get the honeymoon villa and it was absolutely incredible. The hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help us celebrate our honeymoon. The villa is stunning, with an astonishing view of the Caldera - the sunset was absolutely magical. A true 5-star hotel and spa. From the moment we arrived until our sad goodbye we were made to feel very special. We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent as well. The pool area was cozy, and the views of the caldera were perfect. The staff were superb.Naya sorted out everything we needed. We mistakenly booked the wrong flight and she helped us sort out. Breakfast /transfer and cleaning staff were all amazing. The facilities are genuinely five star. I’ve travelled a lot and this is best holiday hotel I ever had.
