5 Star treatment as a guest. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Spacious, clean bedroom with balcony overlooking the pool. Luxurious sunloungers and fab. poolside towels provided. 3 min. walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The excellent customer service from all staff, the bedrooms were immaculate and rooms cleaned daily changing sheets and replacing towels. The food for breakfast was lovely excellent variety of different food options. The loungers were so comfortable and great service from staff. Highly recommend this excellent 5* resort.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Easy walking distance to everything . Hotel was spotless with very friendly staff. We also rented a car locally for a few days and were able to park at the hotel at no extra cost.

Luxury suites have a separate area with a private pool — very calm and nice
The property was immaculate and it looks like they do yearly refurbishing - everything felt new and the finishing was amazing. The property was a lot more private than other places in Santorini. The location was good for beachgoers and those looking to rest at night. Those looking to shop might want to look closer to Fira/Oia.
The Wifi was terrible (2/10). When I asked the staff to look into it, I was told that "the internet is not good in Santorini" - this is not a response that I expected from a 5-star resort. The staff were friendly but often confused or helpless.
Fabulous hotel. Staff so friendly & helpful. Rooms are gorgeous. Beautiful setting & everything spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend staying here

Everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing and my stay was perfect from start to finish. We were given a complimentary room upgrade on arrival with a fruit platter and bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday. We were greeted by every staff member everyday who were all friendly and helpful.
