The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accessible. The location was amazing-- just a few blocks from the beach where there is ample shopping and restaurants. The property was very well-maintained and the food at the restaurant was fantastic!
We had a perfect time at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind. We loved Raphaella, the girls at the spa, really everyone. The hotel is very clean which is very important to us. We felt the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The food should be served in a more esthetic way and There should be a better variety of cheeses and vegetables. The coffee served in the breakfast is from a self-serve machine - very low quality.Read more

We were greeted by a fantastic young man called Costess. The information and politeness was second to none. All the staff we had the pleasure of talking to from our lovely room cleaner, pool side attendant and breakfast staff had a lovely glowing welcoming smile. The place is beautiful, the workers are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast too was really good with a wide variety of foods.
We actually liked everything.
The breakfast was very delicious with lots of local dishes. We even had some bubbly wine to get a good start of the day.
The staff made the resort spectacular. Check in time was at 3 pm, but our flight arrived at 8, and the stopped by hoping to just drop off our luggage so we could tourist about the island, but the staff invited us to an extra day of the fantastic breakfast and rushed to have our room ready around 12. I didn’t like the pool hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy as much specially at night time I had booked a room with private swimming pool and I couldn’t swim the times I wanted.
The ambience in the suites is unmatched. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and enjoyed everything about it. The staff at the hotel really stand out, always smiling, conscientious and ready to help. Raphaelia’s service and attention to detail could only be described as world class. The cleaning lady in the suites was incredibly friendly and a joy to interact with.
Everything was great although the gym was very small, basically equipped and the air con did not seem to do much.
