Great location Service very attentive and staff is very well trained and attentive Massages
Food is not good especially western dishes Restaurant menus are very similar despite there are many restaurants
The facilities were amazing especially the horizon pool, the vibes and the sunset view there was exquisite. Also the beach was good with pickup cars taking you to and from the beach.The rooms were clean with a very nice design and the view was great. Last but not least, the stuff was so polite
Food wasn’t so good with slightly high prices and due to the distant location there were no other options. It’s better to get your munchies with you, however, there is a mini market outside the resort with basic options.
Beautiful resort, with fabulously attentive staff. The place is spotlessly clean everywhere you go.
I can’t say there was anyone we didn’t like. Although I’ve seen reviews about how people did not like having to wait for the transport, we did not find this a problem. Over 3 days I think we only had to wait twice, and only once was more than 5 mins.
Stunning location on a beautiful beach and over green hills with amazing views. Lovely architecture and room decors. Great pool areas and fast service. Staff are mainly friendly and professional, with a few exceptions.
The resort is overpriced for the quality you get. The rooms are a little outdated and being made of wood, my first room had a strong smell of meldew. The hotel was quick and professional in changing me to another room though. The pricing of food and drinks is too high compared to the really quite average quality. I loved everything!
We rented a 4 bedroom villa with private pool. The villa was up on the cliff side overlooking the Ocean. The accommodation was excellent, spacious rooms, a whole level of entertaining space with views across the private swimming pool to the ocean. The architecture was based on traditional Thai and the detailing was excellent. The accommodation was 5 Star.
The service was poor. There were 7 of us and we had to self register on arrival, which took a considerable time, whilst the reception staff sat around doing nothing. In addition, the system would not accept the registration and had to be redone. Ordering food at the restaurant was via a bar code, which kept failing. The software is out of date and temperamental.
