The staff were very attentive and it was in a great location.
It took two full days for the coffee shop in the same building to fix at least two smoke alarms that were chirping. Who knows how long they were chirping, but they were when I arrived and two nights into my stay and it was very problematic and bothersome. It seems that no staff or guests found it concerning and that was in and of itself concerning!
The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Very surprised at the selection available
Refrigerator didn't work and ice buckets weren't available

The property is a downtown location. It’s in a beautiful area walkable to everything that you need. Very artsy old area of Zacatecas extremely beautiful with beautiful views of the cathedral and the hillside.
I liked most things about the hotel but, strangely enough there is no bar… And the gym is a little small
