Location, price value this time of the year.
They did not understand the rights of our service dog.
We enjoyed our cottage here. It has everything you could want and even a sauna which was handy after cold nights searching for the northern lights! Food is expensive at the on-site restaurants but there is variety.
Location to visit Santa Claus is very perfect and convinience. A lot of souvenier shops around our hotel and restaurants. It was not too far to drive into city for shopping. Room is very big, clean and very nice sauna room too. Reception staffs are very friendly for everything.
Too quiet area and restaurants are quite expensive too! Prefer to go downtown for better restaurants.
Nice cottage, right there at the Santa Clause Village, has it's own sauna.
Great location close to the airport, very delicious breakfasts, the whole village is cute and nicely done.
For the price of the accommodation I would expect a bit better room equipment and amenities. For example it is great that there’s a sauna in the bathroom but no slippers or extra towels are provided. When we asked for it we were told that only their superior accommodation has that. But it doesn’t really make sense to me.
Wonderful fairy tale village and the key success factor to enjoy your stay in Rovaniemi if plan to come with kids to Santa Village. We came beginning of March, days were sunny but still-5. After cold days we enjoyed sauna. You have small kitchen, sufficient to cook pasta or something easy.
Breakfast was very average but sufficient to have breakfast. Not tasty and not authentic. It was a bit to hot inside the house, so removed heating and had to open windows.

View from the room was not good, restaurants and baggage drop facility was not good. Morning breakfast was disappointing

I liked everything, especially the glass Igloo. Our room was really cozy and clean. We were lucky to see northern lights above our room. Owners are very kind and helpful. Property is very well maintained.
There is nothing as such what we did not like.
