-central location in the heart of Naples (note: the hotel is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk to a taxi stand. Pre-agreed on price or the taxi will try to rip you off - should be under 15 euros from the train station). -excellent breakfast -friendly and helpful staff -stunning rooftop terrace with a great view.
The hotel has a small lift that fits two people - the stairs are steep stone stairs. We stayed in the two family room - the website wasn’t entirely clear about what this means, so here is an explanation: -you walk into room one, which is a living room which has stairs to a loft bedroom above with its own bathroom. Perfect location in the heart of bustling Naples yet so peaceful and calm behind the doors. A real oasis
Room (junior suite) was a bit dark and the shower bing in the room felt unusual. But it was a lovely room
For a visit to the centro storico this is a perfect hotel
Right at the heart of Napoli’s most famous street. It’s not for the faint of heart. Navigating through the streets with luggages can be challenging, so please ask for the hotel to arrange porter services. The hotel itself is a hidden spot that’s very private and away from the noisy crowds. Beautiful building behind the street facade.

It was a bit hard to find but otherwise the a terrific hotel. The location was walkable to many locations but challenging to get a taxi in front of the hotel.
Naples is such an energetic, full-on and fabulous city we knew we needed a real haven in the centre where we would relax and recover from walking for miles in the crowds. Santa Chiara BH is so well-named - there’s something heavenly about the way it floats two floors above the riotous Spaccanapoli, offering all possible comfort and calm as soon as you arrive. It’s just geography- it’s situated inside the limited traffic zone so your cab may drop you off in the nearby square to walk about 100 yards up the Spaccanapoli.Read more

It’s at a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean.
The breakfast doesn’t have as much choices as I expected from paying Euro 18.
