Pros (+) Great location- very near to the pink cathedral and Han market Great staff- quick check in/ check out process & always with smile Good breakfast Spacious room with good view

Pros (+) The hotel was in the center of the city, close to the train street and many shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) The staff were not very pleasant and welcoming especially the restaurant staff who were not friendly or accommodating. The breakfast was poor with limited options.

Cons (-) The property didn’t meet my expectations. The rooms and pool are very small and the location isn’t ideal since you have to walk 7-11 mins to everywhere in really hot & humid weather. We ended up using ‘grab’, the taxi service all the time.
