Lobby and front desk staff are extremely warm welcoming. The suite was well maintained and clean. Welcome fruit basket plus snacks and drinks. The Chinese tea set with premium tea bags very relaxing. The welcoming card of appreciation felt heart warming. A good casino within. Free Shuttle buses runs to a lot of destinations around Macau. Pros (+) I and my daughter have awesome experience with the Sands Macao Hotel. The Service Quality is good. The staff are really supportive. My daughter also received a birthday cake and it was awesome. Surely we Will come back Thank you.
Cons (-) I was not aware that the hotel has airport service and a bus going to other locations.

The room is surprisingly big. The room is clean and well maintained. Doesn't looks 20 years old hotel. The bathtub is big with Jacuzzi. Love the most.

They arranged early check-in and allowed late check out and provide necessary information and recommendations for all questions I asked.
