No water provided in room. I was told ,"we have a water station on first floor." I said, do you have a bottle I can put it in? They said, no, you have to bring your own. I asked, do you sell water?...no, they do not. None of this indicated prior to booking. White chairs on balcony were covered in dirt...if you weren't paying attention, your clothes turned black. The breakfast was good and the location was fine; however, the personnel was understaffed. We had to wait often to be seated because the wait staff was only one and she had to help in the kitchen, wait tables and seat guests.
See problem mentioned above.
We had an ocean view room which was fantastic for the sunrise and dolphin watching

Lack of off mealtime food/snacks. Vending machine with stale chips isn’t a good option.
Beach access, resort amenities, friendly staff, beautiful and comfortableaccommodations
Secluded beach, amazing pools and jacuzzies and great bar food and drinks. Rooms were a perfect size and bed very comfortable.
Sadly the outside bar closes fairly early so was a bit disappointed with that. A bit far out from any of the towns, but can understand with the private beach.
I was given a Deluxe room when I booked just a few weeks before my arrival. On checking in, I was told that I was upgraded to a premium room: my own large deck, incredible view, tables & chairs for 2 to watch the sunset, play cards, enjoy cocktails.
