Stayed here for 2 nights during our tour of Sri Lanka the rooms are great, comfy bed large balcony kettle, air-conditioning and plenty of room, the hotel and ground are beautiful with a loverly swimming pool. The beach is only a five minute walk, use The Wave restaurant which is on the beach, you get free sunbeds and the food is very good, they have a singer on some nights who was pretty good. Def...

-Poor room maintenance - cracked wash basin , broken light in bathroom, grubby sheets and towels , lack of coat hangers , hard to ope/close bathroom and wardrobe doors , tired room decor , low water pressure in shower. - Cloudy water in Swimming pool - Scruffy unattractive dining area — tables left uncleared ; grubby table mats ; lack of candles or flowers in tables .
Great location just across the road from the beautiful beach and a fantastic restaurant called The catamaran. Pool and garden excellent and a very decent breakfast. Helpful staff.
The property was a secluded area with a beach nearby , swimming pool for the guests till 10 pm , rooms are beautiful and spacious And THE BREAKFAST was simple but can satisfy all the different tastes in a delicious way .
The property was a bit too open , curtains and windows wise , lack of privacy . The restaurant was not great only had basic food not up to quality .
The hotel is outside the main town, but there is nice restaurants near. They also provide TukTuk if you need anything. The pool was very clean and perfect for our family. The room was big and there was always helpful staff available.
- Lack of music/atmosphere. The food is mediocre but still expensive (go to town or beach to eat). - We felt they were lacking manager. There was 8-9 men working and it was unclear who did what. Last day we had to explain to 4 staff members when we check out.
The hotel is really nice. It is located right near the beach, 5 minutes walk. The room is good, big. Many ants in th bathroom. The pool is pretty nice. The breakfast was big and good. Staff was always ready to help. We appreciate it very much!

It was my favourite hotel i stayed in Sri Lanka. It's super beautiful and i think its cheap. They have pool with a very beautiful garden. The rooms are huge. We had a big balcony aswell.
