Pros (+) Location - stunning panoramic views. Food - excellent quality (breakfast & dinner both highest quality) Service - very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Swimming pools and thermal spa fab and pool staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were traditional Italian but not old fashioned. Decor lovely, very clean, regularly serviced.

Pros (+) Absolutely fantastic location with breathtaking view, friendly stuff, very good breakfast and exellent restaurant open for dinner. Nice live piano music in the lobby bar in the evening, pleasant atmosphere everywere. Not far away from a small seaside town with a picturesque promenade, nice shops and very delicious restaurants
Cons (-) Standard rooms are tiny, the bathrooms as well. The pool stuff is unfriendly and visibly tired of you. Some days there were no bar service at the poolside, they explained that there was no connection with the bar, though the umbrellas are provided with special buttons to call the waiter. If you don't have a connection, why don't you send the waiter to the poolside to ask if anyone wants a cup of c...
