Pros (+) We arrived early and were kindly offered a tray of tea on the roof terrace whilst our room was prepared. I must say that we experienced excellent service from all staff throughout our stay. This place is so tastefully decorated, it really is the most charming well run hotel I have stayed at in London. First Class service in lovely surroundings!

Pros (+) Staff were lovely. Only Continental Breakfast was included but wasnt aware of this when booking. It was beautiful though.
Cons (-) no tea / coffee facilities in room. Room is a little tired. Lacks plug sockets. Very noisy generator nearby during the night.
