Great location just outside the old town. It’s next to the bus station and our room was on the 5th floor overlooking it. What that also meant was that there was a fabulous view of the White Mountains from the balcony (plus the comings and goings at the bus station was very entertaining) The room had everything we needed if a tad small but to be fair, we did just opt for the basic room as we are ne...

Very friendly staff and the location of the hotel is very central.
It was very clean and in a really good location
In the afternoon when I decided to have late lunch i couldn’t find any of the staff in the bar/restaurant to order. They came after about ten minutes.
Lovely breakfast, fresh juice and a wide variety of choice.
I would have liked tea facility in the room. (Nespresso only)

The breakfast buffet was exceptional with many choices, both hot and cold. The dollars were to die for. The stall always went above and beyond.

Nice hotel and location
Had to reactivate my key 3 times, tv remote wouldn't work, they came to help and acted as if I was an idiot, I'm pretty sure itneeded batteries. No info/channel guide, no movie channels and 2 stations in English. Valet/street parking only and cost $15 per day. Parking is terrible, afraid to get side swiped or bumped parking on street. Open, unsecure wifi
