It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Not only does it have astonishing views but also great service, clean and beautiful rooms and also a great restaurant
If you’re a fan of Twin Peaks or simply looking for a place full of atmosphere and natural beauty, this hotel will exceed your expectations. The hotel sits right above Snoqualmie Falls, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with fireplaces and luxurious bathtubs. Everything is done with great attention to detail. The staff is polite and attentive, and you ...Read more
The staff was friendly, helpful, and graceous.
Liked everything 5g
Our stay was an excellent experience from start to finish. This hotel fully deserves its reputation as one of the best in the Western U.S. The service was outstanding, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and peaceful. The views of the waterfall are breathtaking. While you can't see it directly from the room patio (but you can hear it thou...
We dined at the restaurant during our stay. The overall experience was good — the food was tasty and the setting is beautiful. However, the service didn’t quite match the high standards of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Even though we just returned from hiking Mount Rainier, they treated us like royalty.
The construction on the valet was unsightly, but the staff did their best under the circumstances.
View from the room was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond 100% of the time
The bed felt like it was time to be replaced. I could not get comfortable

I didn't understand that I would not be a view from my room. I was on the bottom floor overlooking the chain link fence and power plant. It was quite expensive and really a place for 2 people. I would not recommend for a solo traveler...more of a celebration kind of place.
The property was beautiful. The restaurant staff was very nice and welcoming!

We love spa destinations and after looking at photos on the website (one of the main draws and reasons for our stay), we were looking forward to our staycation. He booked a massage for me, and later in the day we were on our way to the spa when we were told we couldn’t access and needed a special add on package to access the tubs, etc. We asked the...Read more
I love staying at Shalish lodge
Paid for a patio room, but the weather prohibited use.
Perfect location and even with construction it was excellent.
Everything. It’s the perfect getaway.
