Great breakfast, nice staff. Quiet room and good sleep. We had ocean view room and liked the view a lot.
For those who prefer sea to the pool: It was low tide every day in the sea when we stayed (May), so it was waist-deep and very warm water. However it is common for many Samui beach spots and was expected so was not not big problem for us

Nothing
The Seaview balcony pool villa is awesome. Although the beach in front of hotel is public, Sala has staff clean their bit of the beach constantly , so it was super clean, while the other parts of the beach are not as clean. That is a bonus .
Dinner at the tent can be improved, in particularly the slow service. There were plenty of staff working that night, but still hard to get their attention.
The room was spacious
Location is a little far out of the main chaweng part. The staff weren’t warm and friendly. The garden wing of the hotel is not well maintained, the building is showing cracks and discoloration.
Staff is friendly and helpful, always at your disposal. Location is convenient, and rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Also like the attention to details, like types of pillows and staff cleaning the beach every morning.
Gym is good size but very basic
Great location and atmosphere. The ocean wing villas, the beach, the tent, the vibes and the staff... everything was so nice and chill. The room was so comfortable, private and beautiful. Everything was peaceful and relaxing in this stay. Sala spa is amazing, I know where to go next time I'm on this wonderful island :)

The hotel is great but The breakfast is not amazing. Previous time I visited the food was better.
Big rooms with a private swimming pool. We had a beach and ocean view, which was great. Breakfast was fantastic with a la carte menu. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was walking distance to the main entertainment area.
Didn’t like that there were so many Israelis in the hotel (and in Koh Samui in general). They were very loud and obnoxious. We heard a lot is screaming, shouting and disturbance in the room next to us and in the hallways (loud adults and screaming kids).
