Pros (+) We loved the hotel from the moment we arrived, check in was easy, valet staff friendly. We were in town for just 1 night for a business course but would have loved to have extended our stay. Loved the live music, the art exhibits, honestly would recommend without hesitation.

Pros (+) Always such a nice experience.
Cons (-) Only thing we had an issue with is location of room, so uber minor. We were so close to the elevator and other guests were quite loud so it kept us up. Also it was weird that there wasn't a light switch that turned on more than the light by the door. It was inconvenient having to switch all the lights on when needed.

Cons (-) I sustained a trauma on the premises of the hotel due to hotel negligence: they had a glass at the side of the entrance that was not marked and difficult to see, especially in the dark. They did nothing to help besides a couple ice packs, the security guy said "it happens all the time" and did not address the issue and refused to provide incident report or security camera footage claiming they're ...

The workers were very friendly, the room could have been cleaner. The table in the front of the room was actually dirty and dusty. The bathroom had some weird perfume scent, no fan, no plastic curtain(cloth curtain gets soaked), and there wasn’t any shower soap. We definitely liked the record player and wish we were told to bring vinyl!!
