The one thing I’d change is to make the place more eco-friendly. Less bottled water and more refill stations. Save the ocean!
Great location. Food was extremely good and menu was changing everyday. Really good quality. Fab quality of cocktails at the beach. Staff was very friendly and always available. A lot of complementary activities available but bikes, paddle boards and hobby-cat are quite old and should be replaced asap.
The hotel is aging and the value for money is certainly not good. Compared to similar prices in Maldives or Seychelles it’s a much lower league. Despite super friendly staff the service in the 2 restaurants is questionable. Very slow and not very accurate. A buffet for breakfast would be much better and efficient.

Beautiful location and lovely beach. All our meals were delicious and a good choice of menu. The staff were very attentive and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Our room was spacious with a great shower and when one of the switches became faulty, it was fixed within 30 minutes.
We went on a snorkelling excursion and it was disappointing. We felt it was very overpriced at over $700 for 2 of us after taxes had been added. Could have been organised better as we had ordered sandwiches and drinks and expected the crew to stop somewhere nice so we could eat them. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The landscaping was natural growth, not contrived gardens. All the supporting staff was quite friendly, helpful, if you needed anything they did their utmost to accommodate.
The airport in Provinciales was horrible. The local transport planes that Sailrock books you on are scheduled to run approximately at the same time as the major carrier planes arrive. American Airlines was 45 minutes late, so we missed the commuter flight down to South Caicos. The villa was new and well appointed with small pool. The views were incredible! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was good to excellent. Great for a couple looking to get off the grid and relax! The Cove beach was very quiet with clear water.
Very expensive for everything with high added fees and taxes at over 30%. We didn't go on any excursions due to high costs. We thought snorkeling would be nice at the 2 beaches but not much to see when we did. Tough to bicycle on the property with the hills and many rocky, unpaved paths.

Service, food, incredible variety of services, atmosphere, views, staff is very helpful and on time. The water was clearest we've ever seen.

Absolutely wonderful. The unit we stayed in was beautiful. The views. The beaches and the amenities were great. The staff was exceptional and friendly. Amzing island.
