Room was spacious and clean, valet service was friendly and responsive.
Less of a “dislike” but more of a note. While I do think the hotel is nice, i don’t think it was $600 a night in total “nice”. Personally I think the atmosphere and amenities at least makes it a $400 a night venture. Nothing more.
The location is top notch, and the staff is extremely professional. You need your room key to enter and move within the elevators and the pool. Food was good too. The staff was kind enough to send a bottle of champagne for my birthday which was surprising from a booking.com reservation.
The credit that came with the booking.com reservation was confusing and took a lot of re-engineering at checkout. Valet parking is $65/night!
The location is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the environment is top notch.

Woman who worked at desk brought me free coffee, even though I missed the window for free coffee service. Very nice of her!
Property was very nice nice location
Being so close to the water at times it was cold in the room. The bar is very sensitive to touch and it will charge you after ten seconds if out of place even if you did not drink or eat anything
We really enjoy the atmosphere, views from the room, and friendliness of the staff.
Let’s start with the valet: When arriving the valet personnel didn’t open neither of our doors. I unloaded the bags and opened my wife’s door after we made eye contact with the valet driver. Quiet. Beautifully appointed. Location is great. Bed is super comfy. Love the shampoos and soaps. Comfy bath robes. Bellman and room service very courteous and helpful
Wish there was a spa and a fireplace
Turns out there is no free WIFI -- look for the hidden 35 USD /day fee -- that when I asked why covers WIFI, the free drink on check in and the bikes and offer of a car service (the latter 2 were never offered as a perk)... LOOK AT THE HIDDEN COSTS.. for a VERY expensive hotel in a great part of Baltimore I found all the hidden fees to be crazy and NOT LUXURY
Nice room; great view
For a hotel that is a splurge - very expensive -- I would have thought they would not nickel and dime for everything. Ie parking was expensive, only small expresso machine coffee was free in the room - everything else expensive and signs about how expensive the shampoo is (55 USD for a bottle of shampoo??) and 155 USD for the bathrobe; rug was shabby and seems already to have wear and tear in the ...Read more
