Pretty hotel, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff
The hotel was in a quiet location which was good. But there is nothing much around the hotel within walking distance for such a hot climate. It was a very cheap and quick ride into town though. We used Grab. We enjoyed the tuk tuks.

The food was pretty poor not only in the restaurant for an evening meal but breakfast - limited choice and mostly cold. Really let down what could be an amazing hotel

Excellent service and lovely staff
The staff were fabulous Always smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, good sized bath with separate toilet. We had room 103 which was right next to the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and warm. We ate in the restaurant of hotel for dinners and prices were reasonable. Recommend this hotel!
