Nice hotel, good room , clean, Good location and lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was great and beautiful garden. Friendly staff, good Service . Mr Phan was nice and perfect . Hope to come back to stay here again . Thank you for good Service .

Phan manager was very helpful gives you a map of the area explained everything and will get you taxis walking distance to all restaurants and night markets breakfast was selection and fetched to you room was nice and clean I would definitely come back to this hotel
Nice hotel , clean and friendly staff made my stay very comfortable! They took time to tell me all about Luang Prabang and helped me with all my needs and reservations. The rooms are perfect and they serve the best breakfast. I recommend the banana pancakes! 😋 Thank you to all the staff.

The room was lovely and spacious and was kept clean and fresh by the staff every day. We were by the pool which was great and were also provided with robes which were a great touch. The hotel is very central as well.
While the property itself was gorgeous, however we were disappointed by the behaviour from the staff at times. When we were attending breakfast, the staff behind reception were joking around which was fine, until some loud noises were continuously made which left ourselves and other guests at the tables a bit uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful . They looked after our back packs and provided drink and fruit
Regarding the possibilities and sources breakfast could be much better (they were even lack of milk for coffee one day).. The geckos are all around the room, might be unpleasant especially during the night.
