Cons (-) Not a full service hotel and not explained anywhere. That is what “a Curio Hotel” means. The Hilton brand is a bit misleading. We had to remind staff for daily cleaning despite being asked at check in and confirming our request Dry cleaning had to be dropped at front desk.
