Pros (+) Location only was acceptable other than that it was terrible and waste of money.
Cons (-) First of all, hotel seems deserted as once you enter you will smell the carpets, the paint and a smell of cardboard. The overall design is so creepy, starting with the lobby and then the hallways as rooms were marked with pictures of creepy people. Cons (-) During the weekends, the noises in the corridor and the music of the bar was loud. The room doors are slamming hard and noisy The stainless still sink is noisy The parking fee is very expensive and triple the price of the normal parking at the city The city fees (35 $) is unfairly charged ....this is additional to the city tax

Cons (-) I was only staying a few hours, so I told the staff I would just park on the street to avoid the $70 valet charge. They didn't bother telling me street parking is illegal overnight, so I got a $63 ticket. Makes sense why they charge $70 ! The gym got rid of all weights in favor of three "Tonal" machines. I tried ALL THREE, and got all sorts of errors (mostly server errors). Made it impossible to w...

Pros (+) The location was perfect for the reason we needed to be in California. The staff was excellent all around, from the time you step out of the car from the airport to the time we left to return to the airport. The Restruants there were very nice. I appreciated the “house car” that was able to provide us to the medical appointments we needed to be at.
