It is modern, has great restaurants, and the pool is nice.
The room came with one robe, one pair of slippers, we had to call 5 times to get a bucket of ice and a wine bottle opener, there was no bath gel when we arrived, and overall the staff seemed unhappy and moody. No one smiled and everything took forever.
The staff at SLS Baha Mar are not helpful at all. First of all, at check-in, they should inform the guests that reservations are needed well in advance for all the restaurants in the hotel. They did not inform us and it was a big struggle to find a spot for dinner. Concierge is super unhelpful when you go to them to seek help. Very clean lots of options for food and lots of space can always get a spot to sit at beach or pools Water park is great too
Everything is so expensive. Chicken fingers are $25. I don’t mind spending money on vacation but it’s egregious the amount things should be
Only Bahamar resort
The room has nothing literally except bedding. No coffee maker, no glasses, no body wash or shampoo. No drinking water even. We had a tiring day and called reception many times but they just refunded $100 and front office manager denied to escalate the complaint further. They spoiled our vacation and no one really bothered.
Posh hotel with beautiful pools and lots of restaurants.
Towels are free. For everything else, there's Mastercard … 😅😅😅
The ocean was beautiful. Facilities are great for kids.
Prices are absurd. Music is abnoxious and constant.

We visited in September 2021 just as the hotel was opening. We loved the experience at that time. Several years later we wanted to return 2 new grandchildren but felt with time the hotel might not live up to our fabulous memories. We were delighted to see SLS and all of Baha Mar did!

Gorgeous! Location, food and drink choices, staff, amenities, activities...so much to love. Christmas trees and Santa were a surprise treat.
There was an employee at the convenient store over by Stix who was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She outwordly talked about myself and my child to another employee as we walked away simply because we asked if she happened to have any smaller sized sweatshirts.
It’s a beautiful property with so many things to do
2 nights in a row the air conditioner stopped working. After the first night when someone came and checked it out and supposedly it was fixed. Was very upsetting to wake up sweating at 3 am the next night also. This is a supposed luxury hotel where a night is 500 and I shouldn’t have to be sweating 2 nights in a row.
