1. The lack of transparency of sugary ingredients in drinks in the cafe. Fresh juices should not include sugary syrups 2. The shower in my room was clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and pool around my feet instead of flowing away properly. 3. Right on the beach and hip strip was fantastic.
Food was okay, but the fish sandwich and the jerk chicken were fantastic. They should have more food options.
The location, the layout of facilities, the beach and the pool area were well positioned. The customer experience was definitely thought about. I liked the feeling of space in a very comfortable environment

Wonderful staff. Fabulous beach. The security men were so friendly and helpful. The beach boys who sorted beach beds and umbrellas were also attentive. That the best/quietest part of the beach was reserved for cruise ship visitors. Not being able to order wine (which is the only alcohol I drink) from the beach service. Too many groups of loud women!Read more
Outside out dated , broken concrete on property sliding glass door to balcony was broken could not lock…. just outdated beach area not good just old run down
We liked everything about this hotel. Location was perfect, the hotel is adult only which suited us and the decor in reception is very welcoming. Food was incredible but what really makes this place is the fantastic staff! We can honestly say that there was not one rude member of staff; they were all lovely and could not do enough for us!
