Location, breakfast, comfort and exceptional staff

All the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located, beautifully designed, with only 3 rooms per level. Large rooms and good soundproofing, large balconies, comfortable beds. Room cleaning twice a day.
I would prefer complimentary tea/ coffee rather than bottle of wine but that's just me. Some guests used the balconies to gather and party. I believe that partition between the balconies could help with both the noise and the privacy.
Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes by walk to Ladadika and Aristoteles square. Breakfast, room and personal are also great.
The only thing that disturb me is smell of cleaning agent in the room, it was intense.

Noisy at night, as located in middle of busy area. Coffee tablets and water at a separate charge. Staff at reception is nice and friendly, however people at breakfast could be nicer and avoid being xenophobic. We love this hotel and have stayed there on a number of occasions.
Depending on the season, the rates can be overpriced. This is a very nice hotel, but not a luxury hotel.
10/10 – Exceptional stay! S Hotel Boutique was the perfect choice for our short getaway. The design is elegant and modern, the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Thessaloniki. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Outstanding breakfast with huge variety and the chef made excellent eggs and pancakes. The location is walking distance from just about everything. The staff was professional and extremely friendly. The beds were sooo comfortable. Our room was spotless and had a great shower.
Two very minor items which I feel could be improved. The bath towels were a bit small and the elevator would start beeping when four of us got in even though it said maximum 525 kg which we are not.
