The rooms were perfect in size and comfort, with the outdoor space providing an amazing view of the surrounding area. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel and the staff do everything they can to help you, including many great suggests on what to see to see the real Menorca. We will definitely be visiting again.
Menorca offers a wide range of possibilities regarding hosting options, including all types of hotels and its locations. S'Estancia Suites is not an obvious choice, since it is a small hotel located in a city that is not the most touristic city of the island (Es Mercadal), but we are highly pleased with our stay. The hotel is new, modern and well maintained. The room was a good size, and it was nice to have the terrace looking onto the pool. Lots of choice in the breakfast buffet with different local specialities every day, and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location too - 5 minutes' walk to the centre of town, and opposite two big car parks, so always somewhere to leave the car.
The only thing that bothered us was that the bathroom is open plan with the bedroom. The toilet and shower doors open into the main room, the shower doesn't have hooks or shelves for towels and clothes, and the bathroom sink is an island facing into the room. As friends traveling together, we personally would have preferred to have the privacy of a separate bathroom.
