Be sure to ask for a room on the back of the house to get a quiet balcony, otherwise you'll be viewing the main road.
The place is new and stylish. We had the suite and it was stunning down to the smallest details. breakfast is fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing, so welcoming and helpful! The location is good if you want to explore the island cause it s quite central but it s not scenic.
I didn't expect it to be on a main road in front a parking lot, but if you come by car it s quite handy.

The rooms were perfect in size and comfort, with the outdoor space providing an amazing view of the surrounding area. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel and the staff do everything they can to help you, including many great suggests on what to see to see the real Menorca. We will definitely be visiting again.
Menorca offers a wide range of possibilities regarding hosting options, including all types of hotels and its locations. S'Estancia Suites is not an obvious choice, since it is a small hotel located in a city that is not the most touristic city of the island (Es Mercadal), but we are highly pleased with our stay.
