They couldn't find my reservation for quite a long time. It wasn't a good experience. The building is beautiful and peaceful. It has a good audio speaker.

Pros (+) Exquisite ryokan with very attentive staff. The outside onsen is very nice. The rooms are very big for Japanese standard. The dinner was fabulous.
Cons (-) Check out is at 10:00. It would have been nice to be able to stay a bit longer, because this ryokan is so cosy and beautiful.

Pros (+) Meals were local and tasty. The servers were delightful and can pull quite a bit of English . Joyful Onsen, got both private and public. Beautiful room. A bit outside of town which suites me just fine. Takes about 40 mts walk to the castle (which you should visit), theres a bus option if you want it...or just use your car.
