Location next to MTR & mall.
Questions to Booking.com. : Why is the picture for Plaza Deluxe Family hill view different from the room given to us & why are we ask to “pay extra” for the room we have booked in Booking.com ? This is very misleading for future guests if they need to book? Friendly staff, helps out with everything you could ask for. Location is top!! Mall, Train station and bus was around the corner. Even received a package for me after I check out, then even called me for asking when can I pick up the package.
There isn’t anything I dislike about the hotel
The location is great. Access to the underlying mall provides ample opportunity for shopping and food. Also, the direct access to the subway makes moving around the city quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. A perfect fit for us, a family with two small children.
Early checking was not possible, which I can understand. But all guests are left to wait in the lobby, without being allowed to access any of the amenities to pass the time. Other hotels in Hong Kong have proven to be much more "accommodating".
Everything design service and comfort
good size of room; quiet and clean; some people may find the blind separating the bathroom and living room odd; fantastic location accessible by MTR
check in and check out process seems convoluted, even though there was a pre-check in form, it took a fair amount of time; for such a nice hotel, also surprising there were no room robes;
Very comfortable, nice pool and exercise facilities. Location was great right by flower market and MOKO mall Lots of public transit nearby. Good restaurants and interesting area.
