Pros (+) Close to the MTR station and mong kok. Loved that there is a mall and supermarket next door. Swimming pool and gym are super clean.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, helps out with everything you could ask for. Location is top!! Mall, Train station and bus was around the corner. Even received a package for me after I check out, then even called me for asking when can I pick up the package.

Pros (+) The location is great. Access to the underlying mall provides ample opportunity for shopping and food. Also, the direct access to the subway makes moving around the city quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. A perfect fit for us, a family with two small children.
Cons (-) Early checking was not possible, which I can understand. But all guests are left to wait in the lobby, without being allowed to access any of the amenities to pass the time. Other hotels in Hong Kong have proven to be much more "accommodating".
