Pros (+) The food is amazing ,the rooms are comfy, it was my 57th so we went to Urban Wick Candle Bar in Birmingham, created a birthday scent pineapple peach candle , and bought some as seen in the picture.

Pros (+) Room spacious and work out room complete. Nice soaps. Cute stocking hung on every door knob for Xmas morning.
Cons (-) The coffee and tea service in the lobby ran out of supplies including cups by mid morning. No milk. For this class of hotel would expect some coffee in the room.

Pros (+) excellent location - walking distance to town. We loved the staff - friendly, helpful, professional from start to finish. We appreciated morning coffee in the library. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet.

Cons (-) No parking available, but was charged $20 for a parking pass. Valet was too overwhelmed and we ended up having to park in the library down the road and we?re hoping we wouldn?t wake up to a parking ticket.Screaming up and down the hallway at 2am on. ?

Cons (-) They should be clear on the parking fee of 20$ overnight, on their site, and at welcome, giving you a drink, plus 2 tokens for free bar drink, water in your room, but they charge you 15$ on your bill for that when you think it's free, they should say it
