The views, the food, the staff (exceptional), the activities. No children; very intimate with only 16 villas/32 guests.
Alcohol $$$$$, no happy hour. Clean towels linen placed on ground outside of villa; not to my standard nor to the rest of the standard of the resort.
Amazingly spectacular location, it is truly beautiful. Sitting in a world class diving and/or snorkeling Mecca- the undersea life is as amazing as what you can see on the land. The staff, as you find generally in Fiji, were the best. Nothing was too hard and they are keen to exceed your needs. Our villa was a little ‘tired’ and could do with some upgrades but the bed was super comfy, rooms are really great size and we didn’t spend that much time up there really.Read more
The location was great with a small personalized island with a great outlook. The sunset villa was a stunning setting with the sunset off your deck breath taking. Staff were fantastic friendly polite and very obliging. We got on well with them all on a first name basis and clearly love their job. Great snorkeling around the island very clear and a lot of fish and even turtles 10 meters from shore.
We felt the facilities for a 5 star resort are a bit tired. Front door of our villa (2) only closes with when locked with the deadlock key. Otherwise a rock was placed in front of the door to keep it closed during the day or it swung open. The door on inspection has been warped for sometime and never repaired. The food was good but sorry not 5 star quality. The money we paid was way overpriced com...Read more

the cuisine was exquisite, the room and view from it gorgeous, staff very attentive and even if the island is small the diving and snorkeling opportunities directly from the beach are fantastic !

The staff at Royal Davui were amazing. We were greeted with a welcome song from the staff as we walked up the stairs to the bar area and presented with Fijian necklaces. The staff all introduced themselves to us with a handshake. They all knew our names by the next day. They are an amazing people. Fiji is our 'go to' destination when we need some R&R and Royal Davui is now on the top of our list o...
