Pros (+) The staff is amazing and helpful, with everything. The hotel and the room were very clean. Bay view from our porch - we got upgraded. 3 outdoor pools and one for kiddos . AMAZING Location, right in the middle of everything .
Cons (-) Breakfast is the same everyday A little pricey And sometimes we waited too much for the elevators.

Pros (+) Everything was excellent, very happy with the hotel. Minor niggle was service was very slow at breakfast in Bubbes restaurant the first day. Otherwise would have 10/10 rating, instead gave 9/10 rating.

Pros (+) I love the smell of your hotel it's always delicious!! The service of your staff is top top no one beats Isrotel Exclusive. The quality of the food and taste is always second to none!! Your hotel is also perfectly clean everywhere. Thank you for our most enjoyable holiday!
Cons (-) The bathroom had a problem the first night. The bath overfill came broken so it caused a leak that ran down to the room underneath.
