Pros (+) The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! Cons (-) The hotel was a bit far from Patong and other areas, so just keep that in mind (it wasn't an issue for us, and taxis are very readily available). Also, while this hotel would be ideal for couples (given how secluded, serene, and costly it is), it is frequented by a lot of families with young children! It's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but something to consider.
