Outstanding location and views. Lovely public areas both in the bar area and on the terrace. Amazing breakfast buffet and very good lunches and dinners. We enjoyed using the pool.
The rooms are not of the standard of the rest of the hotel being small and rather basic. The showers are very hard to regulate. Of course the views from rooms at the front are very scenic.
Hospitality: We got a room upgrade, so our view was on the mountains and the church. It is a spectacular location. Staff go above and beyond to make sure all of guests' needs are met. Everyone was so polite and kind. In Georgia, such service is quite rare to find. Very genuine people, working so hard to ensure that guests are happy. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was great.
There are no TVs in the rooms, and the water temperature in the shower is difficult to control. The road inside the hotel yard is in very poor condition. The service at the restaurant was disappointing. We asked the reception about the road to Gertgeta, and the receptionist strongly recommended hiring a Delica vehicle due to road conditions. The shower was licking and it was hard to find the right temperature for it in the room
The view of mountains is beautiful and the place itself is nice. check-out were quick.
the bed was dusty and there was no cooling air conditioner, only heating What I didn’t like was the restaurant staff — they were very slow in serving, and I had to chase them just to get the menu. There was also a delay in bringing the food.

The view of the mountains is sensational and the decor is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and the reception staff are great.
Small issue is that walls are not soundproof but you will forget any issues when you look at the view
The location of the hotel with it's views of the mountains was what caused us to choose this hotel. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.
