It is a great room in a great location. The linens (pillows, towels, blankets) were wonderful and the staff was top notch.
The snacks in the fridge were not necessary and took up too much of the limited space on the counter, plus, we like to store our own snacks and drinks in the fridge.
Fantastic location conveniently close to the old town, comfortable and spacious rooms and perfectly clean. We had help from the wonderful receptionist Ainhoa who arranged us a last minute transfer from Bilbao airport when bus strikes left us stranded (and helped book a return as well)! Highly recommended the hotel if you are visiting San Sebastián.

The building is architecturally beautiful, the interior design fuses modern, traditional and high-tech functionality. Very clean and modern. Fantastic location to explore the beaches and old town. Our stay was ruined by a petty €20 charge for late checkout for 35 minutes. I had asked earlier if we could check out a little later and the Receptionist updated the booking and explained a 20 Euro per hour charge which I understood began after one hour (normal check out before 12). No discretion and no empathy. Pity, because the stay would have been excellent otherwise.Read more

The room facing the park area was perfect, spacious. Good breakfast. Parking nearby, very convenient
Very tasteful design of the hotel, great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The luggage can be dropped off at a short time parking in front of the hotel and the public parking with wich the hotel has an arrangement is very close and suitable for SUVs.
There is a big bus stop in front of the hotel with some noise emission from the idling engines. However, the view on the park and the great location make up for it.

A/C is a bit noisy
Absolutely everything about our experience was fantastic. The staff on reception could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing - even the lift! The room was so comfortable and beautifully understated. We will definitely be back.
